You see the need for Catholic body literacy—but don’t necessarily feel called to teach a program yourself.
You’re looking for:
Video-based programs you can implement right away
Turnkey resources for parishes, schools, and co-ops
Tools to equip and support other leaders or facilitators
Clear guidance so you don’t have to become the expert
👉 If so, you've come to the right place!
Across parishes, schools, and other varied Catholic groups, there’s a shared desire to form people well—to teach the truth about the dignity of the human person with clarity and confidence.
But when it comes to concrete education on the body, many of these communities feel the resource gaps.
➡️ Young people need more than surface-level explanations—they need a vision of their bodies rooted in both science and the Truth of God’s design.
➡️ Parents want to be the primary educators of their children, but often need additional resources and programs for guidance and support.
➡️ Married couples are invited to live the Church’s teaching on marriage and family planning, yet frequently lack the formation and practical ongoing support to do so.
➡️ Even parish leaders can find themselves asking: How do we build a culture where this teaching is understood, lived, and supported?
for families with kids aged 6-9
In two short videos, you'll learn about the importance of the body in our Catholic faith and be introduced to something Pope St. John Paul II called "the language of the body." This is the way our bodies image God and communicate to other people the Truth of who we are created to be!
The video series ends with a gentle introduction to the idea of "puberty," which is how our bodies grow and change as we get older. Series can be used as a stand-alone resource or in conjunction with other programs like CYCLE PREP.
Pricing is tiered based on the size of your group
Now you can bring our nationally-acclaimed cycle and period education course to your community by simply pressing "play!"
This renewable annual license will allow you to show CYCLE PREP: First Period Course for Girls in a group setting (with parents and daughters)— all you need is a willing host and a space to gather.
Cost of group video licensing varies based on your community size.
Mobilize leaders in your parish or diocese to craft custom NFP support plans... and implement them!
This certification program does much more than just equip people with education about Church teaching and options for NFP: it helps them discern where their unique gifts and their community needs meet in this needed area of pastoral support!
Diocesan NFP coordinators around the country have used this program to train official "Ambassadors" to serve around the diocese, and to create a tight network of support and ongoing innovation. Pastors have used this program to begin or expand NFP services directly in the parish.
Course is licensed per individual/couple to work through at their own pace, but you can consider:
reimbursing the cost
subsidizing the cost
contacting a team member at P&T for bulk purchasing options

Utilize our ready-made video programs
Are you looking for a beautifully-designed, ready-to-go presentation that discusses Church teaching on NFP, the basics of how NFP works (with explanations of method options!), plus HONEST talk about the challenges and benefits of NFP?
Our "Human Love in the Divine Plan" program comes in TWO different licenses.
1) You can either purchase the group presentation kit and show the videos (or deliver the slide deck yourself!)
-and/or-
2) You can direct individuals/couples to purchase the single user license to watch the same presentation at home (which comes with a certificate of completion if needed for marriage prep!)
A blend of health class + Theology of the Body!
This is for the teacher who wants a modern, intentionally-designed lesson to present the basics of human anatomy and reproduction side-by-side with Church teaching about the dignity of the body, marriage, and family planning. It weds science and practical theology through the concept of "body literacy" and John Paul II's concept of the "language of the body."
Our group package includes videos that you can show in class, or a slide deck that you can present yourself— along with handouts and additional activities for class discussion.
This program is for both boys + girls, designed for students who have already had at least an intro to biology class.
